Manor Automotive Group (MAG) is a privately owned company founded in Luxembourg in 2011. In 2012, MAG acquired the Procar Automobile dealership group. In addition, MAG owns Realize Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG, which holds 16 properties and real estate assets across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany. These assets primarily support Procar Automobile's operational business, but are not used exclusively for this purpose. Procar Automobile represents the brands BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, BMW Motorrad, Kia, and Hyundai throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.
